England's u90Kg - Southern Qualifier
Date: Sunday, 5th April. Starts 11am.
Location: Strength-Tec Gym, Lysses Court, High Street, Fareham,
PO16 7BE.
Events: Yoke - 200Kg for 12 metres;
Overhead Medley - 80Kg Olympic Bar; 70Kg 8"-diameter log; 80Kg Axle; 90Kg IFSA-spec log and 100Kg Safe Press. All lifts from floor, 75-second time limit applies;
Farmers Deadlift - Last Man standing, weight starts at 80Kg per hand. Straps are allowed.
Tyre Walk - 85Kg solid forklift tyre carried for maximum distance;
Tyre Flip - 320Kg tyre for maximum number of flips within 75-second time-limit.
