Welcome
The Strength-Tec gym is located in Fareham, Hampshire
on the South Coast of England. It is owned and run by Rob Frampton.
The gym offers a wide range of free-weight equipment.
Strength-Tec is also the training camp of the Portsmouth
Strongman Association (PSMA) and so is able to offer an extensive range
of specialist Strongman event equipment.
Facilities on offer at the gym include a seating area
with storage for gym bags, toilet facilities, a small shop selling protein,
supplements and other merchandise and car parking.
